Sloppy Discs is pop-up video rental in Minneapolis.

Renting is simple.

Pay $15 up front—think of it as a deposit or one-time membership fee. Rent movies for $5 each. Keep them for up to two weeks, then return them at a future pop-up.

Want to rent again? Roll over your deposit and grab new discs. Done for now? Get your deposit back, no questions asked. If your discs go overdue, you’ll need to put down a new deposit to “renew” your standing.

We have around four or five pop-ups every month. A monthly schedule is announced on the 20th day of the preceding month. (For example, the schedule for September would be announced on August 20th.) Sign up for the email alerts here on the site or follow us on Instagram to make sure you hear about it.

Each pop-up features around 100 titles. The selection is never the same twice! The library is mostly HD Blu-ray with some 4K and even good old DVDs.
